MINI COURSE
5 WEEKS, 1.5HR CLASSES - TOTAL 7.5 HOURS 
COURSE START DATE: NOVEMBER 2024
 
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
All the basics to get you started including: Casting on and off, the knit stitch, purl stitch, increasing, decreasing, colour changing/colour work and basic cables. Well also discuss and learn how to read patterns, understand abbreviations, english style vs. continental, types of yarn and how to choose the right needles, types of needles and sewing techniques.
 
THESE SKILLS CAN BE USED TO MAKE:
-BLANKETS: Afghans, throws, baby blankets
-HOME DECOR: Wall tapestry’s, throw pillows, table runners.
-FASHION ITEMS: Sweaters, shirts, bathing suit cover ups, tote bags/purses, scarves, hats, ear warmers.
-PRACTICAL ITEMS: Reusable grocery bags, book marks, pot holders, coasters, swiffer pads, dish clothes, drink cozies and more!
 
WHAT YOU WILL BE SUPPLIED WITH:
-55 pc double pointed knitting needle kit with gauge.
-Booklet with weekly lesson plan print out including terminology, explanation of stitches, practice patterns and homework assignments.
-Pattern Print outs, video instruction if needed.
-Yarn
-7 days a week support via text from me for personalized video instruction or Q&A on the homework etc.

** 50% installements must be paid via etransfer to the email above.
**Doors open 15 mins before class, water bottles welcome and a washroom is available. 
**Missed classes will not be reimbursed. If the schedule allows will will reschedule or push the schedule back 1 week. (terms apply)
**If i am unable to teach a class, the schedule will shift back 1 week.
**Course can be paid for in full upon booking or in 2 - 50% instalments via E-transfer to crochetwithnatasha@gmail.com
